Heavy leather boards with gilt titling-piece on front (that is, hard covers) pp. 6 of preliminary information beginning with Register of Directors, Share Transactions - Purchase Prices, the first dated May 12, 1938, List of Ordinary Shareholders as at 25th May, 1950; followed by the Minutes, the first for meeting on 21st July, 1965, which occupy leaves numbered 692-797 inclusive and are entered on rectos only; plus a few unnumbered leaves which have been inserted, followed by a large section of unused leaves which are followed by pp. 58 which are the Record of Use of Company's Seal dated from 2/1/1931 to 9/8/1963 (295 x 252 x about 63 mm thick). The final meeting recorded in the Minutes is for 31st August 1970, at which the resolution was passed 'That the Company be wound up voluntarily ....' Scuffing and rubbing to the extremities of the leather otherwise very good.
